But today, I’ll be explaining how to theme your entire android (including apps) using the Substratum theme engine. INTRODUCTION The Substratum theme engine is an app that allows you to theme virtually your entire android device. It is based on Sony’s Overlay Manager Service(OMS). All you have to do is just to download and install your desired theme(s), then compile overlays, after which you perform a reboot to enable themes.
