Nowadays, most devices by default offer theming options. In most cases, theming is limited to just the home screen icons and wallpapers as well as the lock screen. INTRODUCTION The Substratum theme engine is an app that allows you to theme virtually your entire android device. It is based on Sony’s Overlay Manager Service(OMS).
